Norava is a membership-based health and wellness platform focused on health optimization. Instead of care that only starts when something breaks, your membership is built around your own bloodwork, reviewed by a licensed physician and tracked over time against your personal baseline, so you and your physician can act early.
How it works
A complete panel. Start with a comprehensive bloodwork panel, collected at home with a mailed kit or at a partnered Quest lab near you.
- Physician-reviewed analysis. Your results are analyzed with technology-assisted tools under physician supervision, then reviewed and signed off by a licensed physician. You get a plain-language report and a specific plan. The tools are informational and do not diagnose; your physician makes every clinical decision.
- Ongoing care and optimization. Depending on your tier, you get wellness communications, virtual consultations, and a pathway to an ongoing physician relationship, with priority access to the urgent care and imaging network
Membership tiers
- Essential, $39/month (billed annually at $468): your yearly health baseline.
- Optimize, $89/month (billed quarterly at $267): deeper data, consultations, and a personalized optimization protocol.
- Intervention, $139/month (or $750.60 semi-annually): comprehensive optimization with a physician relationship.
Who provides your care
All clinical services are provided by licensed physicians at ContinuEM and New Cadence Healthcare, California professional corporations. Norava Health provides the technology platform and management services and does not practice medicine.
Insurance
Norava works alongside your existing insurance, it does not replace it. Your tier fee covers Non-Covered Services that Medicare and most plans do not cover. If your physician identifies a condition requiring covered care, that is billed to your plan separately.
