Norava Health Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
Norava Corporation, doing business as Norava Health ("Norava," "we," or "our"), is committed to providing a digital healthcare platform that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe that access to healthcare information and services should be equitable for everyone.
Our Commitment
We work to ensure that noravahealth.com (the "Site") is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA conformance level, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Conformance Status
WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
NoravaHealth.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate any issues.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility across the Platform, we:
- Design with accessibility in mind from the start of new features and projects.
- Aim for sufficient color contrast between text and background throughout the Platform.
- Use semantic HTML to support assistive technologies such as screen readers.
- Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Ensure that interactive elements—including scheduling tools, forms, account settings, and telehealth controls—can be operated with a keyboard.
- Use clear, plain-language copy wherever possible.
- Work to ensure that AI-generated health insights and lab result displays are presented in accessible formats.
- Review accessibility as part of our design, development, and content update processes.
Compatibility
The Platform is designed to be compatible with current major web browsers and operating systems and to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice recognition software. The Platform may not display or function as intended on outdated browsers.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content or features on the Platform may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations that we are actively addressing include:
- Third-party content or integrations, such as embedded laboratory portals or payment processing interfaces, that we do not fully control.
- Certain telehealth video components that may have limited compatibility with some assistive technologies.
- Older documents, reports, or assets that may not yet meet our current accessibility standards.
- Specific interactive components scheduled for review and remediation.
If you encounter any content or feature on the Platform that is not accessible to you, please contact us so we can address it.

Assessment Approach
Norava assesses the accessibility of the Platform through a combination of internal self-evaluation, automated testing tools, and reviews during major feature releases and site updates.
We plan to expand our assessment approach as the Platform grows, which may include third-party audits and usability testing with people who rely on assistive technologies.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We will continue to improve the Platform, train our team on accessibility best practices, and update this statement as our work progresses.
