Norava members don't have to choose between proactive health and care when something comes up. Your membership connects you to a network of urgent care and diagnostic providers, so the same team that tracks your baseline is there when you need a visit or a scan.
Immediate care
Members get priority access to our partnered urgent care network, provided by ContinuEM, for the times you need to be seen quickly. Access is subject to availability.
Diagnostics
Comprehensive bloodwork panels are included in your membership, collected at home with a mailed kit or at a partnered Quest lab near you. When your physician recommends imaging or additional testing, you have access to partnered imaging and diagnostic centers, with member pricing at participating locations, subject to availability. Your results are reviewed by a licensed physician and tracked against your own baseline over time.
Who provides your care
Urgent care and clinical services are provided by licensed physicians at ContinuEM and New Cadence Healthcare, California professional corporations. Norava Health provides the technology platform and management services and does not practice medicine.
How billing works
Your tier fee covers Non-Covered Services like biomarker review and health optimization. Urgent care visits, imaging, and other outside services may be billed to your health plan or offered at member pricing at participating locations. If your physician identifies a condition requiring covered care, that is billed to your plan separately.
Not for emergencies
Immediate care is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
